What to know when getting started

When you first arrive, check in at the front desk and introduce yourself, especially if this is your first class.

Place your mat anywhere in the studio, talk, laugh and share, we encourage all of it before and after class. This is one of the great ways we build community.

We have 2 dressing rooms and 2 single person restrooms.

Cubbies to store all of your belongings in as well as hooks for coats, scarves and bags etc. Please store your personal items in here, rather then in the studio with you.

We have a large common area that has plenty of room to socialize both before or after class.

We suggest signing up for your class online to save time and will save your space in class.

You are always welcome to drop-in and sign up at the studio but class space is limited.

Punctuality matters. Please arrive 5 to 15 minutes before class. If it is your first class, arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Our classes start on time and we lock the front door as soon as class starts.

We have everything you need, from mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps and sweat towels.

We clean & sanitized our yoga mats but please bring your own or purchase one if possible as loaner mats quantities are limited.

We have a free Akaline R/O water filling station available and also have bottled water for sale. When possible to reduce waste, please bring your own reusable bottle abd fill it here.

Staying hydrated during your practice is essential!

Please silence all electronic devices before entering the yoga studio.

If your are a professional on call or some some other emergent reason to be reached, bring your phone in with you as long as its on silent.

Please move to a community area outside of the studio where it will not be disruptive if you need to make a call.

Give yourself time to learn the practice and the poses.

Yoga is an intuitive practice, which means you are encouraged to modify and adapt poses as well as to take breaks when needed in Child’s Pose.

We offer in class assisting as well as private lessions to deepen your practice.

Start from where you are today, honor and take care of yourself!
