We are Tucson’s premier hot yoga studio just east of the University of Arizona’s main campus. We offer heated, unheated, and Hot Yoga classes in Power, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin and more. Our classes are all-levels and available to everyone, beginners welcome.

All of our heated yoga classes are maintained at 85°-90° utilizing the amazing health benefits of our overhead infrared heating panels.

Arm Balance Fundamentals

Move past fear and into fun with this playfully doable workshop.

Join Jeff & learn the basics of arm balances as well as building strength and stillness within your body and mind. Learning how to work and play within your body will offer you access to deepen other postures within your regular practice.

We will be playing with different entries into common arm balances for all levels.

No previous arm balance experience is necessary!

Explore the power of yoga

Flying High – Arm Balance Transitions

Join Jeff & learn how to seamlessly float between different arm balance postures as well as transitioning into them from common postures you encounter in most classes.

We will be playing with different entries into common arm balances as well as transitions between them.

This is a bit more advanced than most of our workshops or classes, but only to the extent that you should be able to hold some variation of Crain/Crow pose prior to working on transitions.

Inversion Workshop

The Upside Down

Get Upside Down with our monthly Headstand and Handstand class. This is a fun playful class to help you learn and work your way to head and handstands.

No previous inversion experience is needed, we do ask that you have taken 10 or more yoga classes of any type before, simply to give you basic knowledge of poses.

Offered on the 2nd Saturday of every month in a workshop style format. So bring a playful spirit and be ready to work hard but more importantly, play, laugh, fail, grow and try new things.

Journey Into Power

Our Journey Into Power class will strengthen, tone and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Power Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life.

This is where it all started. This powerful, energetic and playful vinyasa style has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged within the same class.

The Five Pillars of The Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Practice:
