This fun flowing, heated vinyasa practice is a moving meditation. The poses will flow together, linking breath to movement. Our dynamic sequences are designed to be challenging but doable, to take you out of your comfort zone in order to build a stronger, healthier mind and body.

Flow & Grow is an empowering Vinyasa Flow class with added instruction for learning deeper postures, always taught in accessible stages to expand and grow your practice from where you are today.

Our Vinyasa Yoga classes are a fun flowing practice that create a moving meditation. The poses will flow together linking breath to movement, with dynamic sequences moving & flowing moving & flowing our breath, bodies and energy.

Slower than our Heated Power Vinyasa classes making it safe for an unheated room.

Unheated Room (75°-80°F )

A fun, playful alignment based hatha & flow yoga practice.
This class focuses on accessible alignment within creative sequencing and popping playlists. Perfect for both the newer student as well as the seasoned practitioner who want to expand their practice and knowledge of safe and effective alignment.

Unheated Room (75°-80°F )

Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body. The hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin is almost entirely passive facilitating deep myofascial release.

Ecstatic Breathwork utilizes a combination of ancient rhythmic breathing techniques and conducive music or sound to heighten consciousness and unlock emotions.

The philosophy of Ecstatic Breathwork focuses on realigning the body and clearing it of mental barriers and blockages through controlled breathing.

This intense experience can be profound even for beginners and expands your consciousness, particularly regarding your emotions, with continued practice.

Classes vary from guided meditations to traditional pranayama yogic breathing techniques in order to center your mind, realign your body and to foster awareness of the present.
